Croquembouche classes

Join our highly experienced resident Patissier chef Fiona for a day in our bakery... and once complete you'll have made your very own showstopper Croquembouche!

A Croquembouche is a classic French dessert consisting of choux pastry balls piled into a cone and bound with threads of caramel (or you can make a chocolate version if you prefer).


Our day long class includes: Making your own Choux Pastry, (including recipes to take away), piping profiteroles, baking them, filling them, then making a 6”-7” high croquembouche, and you'll have the mould to take away too so you can make it again at home! Along the way Fiona will be sharing her expert pastry tips so your dessert turns out just perfect.

During the day refreshments will be provided and the class size will be no larger than 8.

This class is available as a Gift Voucher option also.

This class is just £90 per person and includes everything you'll need for your stunning Croquembouche. Classes have a minimum number of 4 to run - in the event of an cancellation you will be refunded or we can transfer your booking to a different class.

Important - please read. We are a working bakery. You must read our Health & Safety and agree. Our workbenches are for standing work not sitting work, therefore is it likely you will be standing a good majority of the day. We need to have 4 pupils booked on to run the class. If this is not possible we will try to arrange an alternative date. Dates we have planned in our diaries for this class include: Sat 30th Jan, Tues 23rd Feb, Sat 12th March and Tues 19th April.
